Smooth control
The composite frame was designed specifically with the front suspension in mind. Thanks to the 40 mm travel, the fork absorbs impacts and bumps, so you can ride smoother and faster on uneven surfaces.
Ultimate comfort
Lowered top stays with smaller diameter tubes absorb micro-shocks and vibrations. Larger unevenness will be absorbed by the suspension seatpost with a 25mm travel. The Contact SL XR D-Fuse handlebar provides greater comfort without sacrificing the stiffness needed for cornering, sprinting or climbing.
Adapted to the terrain
A flip chip in the chainstays adjusts the wheelbase: short for faster, more agile handling or long for better stability at high speeds. The long setting also allows you to install larger tires, up to 53 mm. You can use the included dropper and suspension seatpost, or upgrade to Giant's proprietary D-Fuse seatpost or traditional 30.9mm round seatpost.

The lightweight, Advanced-class composite frame, combined with a 40 mm travel fork, pushes the limits in variable terrain, gravel or mud. Flip chip allows you to adjust the wheel base and increase the ground clearance to 53 mm. You can choose from a factory dropper/suspension seatpost, a Giant D-Fuse seatpost, or a standard 30.9mm round seatpost. The Contact SL XR D-Fuse handlebar further minimizes fatigue by absorbing shock and vibration.
