The Alba Double are double panniers, made of water-resistant polyester. So a little rain wont hurt them. The flaps fall neatly over the bags, and you can close them properly with press-studs. Aside from the large main compartments, these panniers also have additional zippered front compartments. Because of the reflective material all around, you will also be extra visible in the dark. The bags are sturdy, and they retain their shape because of the plastic panels you can insert at the bottom and the sides. This way the bags will keep their shape, and you will be able to fit even more in them.
